30-Day Limited Refund Policy -- Customized Products
Our 30-Day Limited Refund Policy applies to custom products only in cases where the item arrives damaged or has significant defects. If you encounter any of these issues, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a refund or replacement. This policy does not cover minor imperfections, such as small bubbles, uneven glazing, or slight variations in size and color, which are natural characteristics of handmade products.
- What is your refund policy if I want to cancel my order before it’s shipped?
If you request a refund before the product is shipped, the refund amount depends on the stage of production:
1. If customization has not yet begun: You are eligible for a full refund.
2. If the design phase has started: A 45% cancellation fee will be deducted to cover design costs.
3. If the product has entered the production phase: An 85% cancellation fee will be deducted, as most of the work has been completed.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order, and we will confirm the current status of your product.
30-Day Return Policy -- Non-Customized Products
We have a 30-day return policy applies to non-custom products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@artitimecal.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please use a trackable shipping service when returning an item, as we do not process returns without a tracking number.
If the product is wrongly sent, damaged in transit, or has other defects, you can contact us to apply for a return immediately without any additional fees. When you have purchased the wrong item, the item does not fit, or you no longer want the item due to your own reasons, you will be responsible for the actual return shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Late or Missing Refunds
PayPal refunds may take up to 48 hours to process and appear in your account.
Credit card refunds will take between 7-14 business days to appear in your account. If you haven't received your refund, please check your Paypal account or bank account and contact your credit card company and bank. If you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@artitimecal.com.
